Time flies as time flies. From August 1 to August 5, Jiuhua Huayuan Pharmaceutical semi annual conference was successfully held in Hilton Hotel, Qinhuangdao city. Centering on the theme of "daring to change, we can have the future", Ms. guanyueqin, the chairman of the board, together with the company's middle and senior managers, core backbones and team members, gathered together to summarize the achievements made in the past six months, deeply analyze the problems, explore solutions, plan the development direction and objectives of the enterprise in the second half of the year, and jointly draw a blueprint for the future of Jiuhua Huayuan.
Chairman Guan Yueqin delivered a keynote speech entitled "dare to change, can have the future". The speech ran through the overall development situation of Jiuhua Huayuan, reviewed the development path of transformation and change in the trials and tribulations, analyzed the domestic industry trends, relevant policies and enterprise status quo, and made accurate positioning for enterprise strategy implementation and human resource management. The chairman stressed that we should focus on top-level design, team building, index decomposition, project implementation, etc., and put forward specific requirements on how to achieve strategic objectives for the enterprise in the next three years. The chairman pointed out: "only when we take the initiative to embrace change, can Jiuhua Huayuan keep ahead in the uncertain future!"

Mr. zhengweibing, deputy general manager of Chuzhou plant, made a comprehensive exposition around the work summary of the company in the first half of the year, and made a detailed work deployment for the work objectives of the second half of the year. The person in charge of each section summarized and reported the work around the "highlights" and "pain points", and put forward a clear path, detailed scheme and practical work plan on how to complete the objectives of each section in the second half of the year.
Finally, a grand award ceremony was held, and the excellent design award, law popularization and publicity award, prize essay award, Project Application Award and planting team contribution award were awarded to commend the winners.
During the meeting, League building activities, project team meetings, work reports and training of the operation center were also held.
