Congratulations on the successful convening of the 12th Annual Academic Conference of the World Federation of Otolaryngology
From October 30th to November 1st, sponsored by the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Otolaryngology and Stomatology Professional Committee, organized by the Expert Committee of the International Forum of Traditional Chinese Medicine Otolaryngology of the Chinese Association of Chinese Medicine and the Hebei Kangling TCM ENT Hospital, the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Otolaryngology and Stomatology. The re-election of the professional committee and the 12th academic annual meeting and the tinnitus Chinese medicine seminar were held in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.

9月18日，国家医疗保障局为保证2020年国家医保药品目录调整工作公开、公平、公正、透明，根据工作安排，发布《2020年国家医保药品目录调整通过形式审查的申报药品名单》公示通知，共计751个品种。

基药+慢病长处方，基药将出台新的管理办法
7月13日、14日，国家卫健委召开基本药物管理办法线上会议。会上透露今年将出台新的基药管理办法，并提出基药与慢病长处方政策相结合建议，制定基药核心用药目录。

慢性病药品可开长期处方，最长不超过12周
7月7日，海南省卫健委发布《关于印发海南省医疗机构长期处方管理规范（试行）和海南省长期处方药品目录（试行）的通知》。包括高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、慢阻肺、慢性肾脏、脑卒中、慢性前列腺、慢性心力衰竭、其他常用慢性病9个类别用药的137个品种药品在目录内。

第三批国家集采，越来越近
继2018 年12月的4+7试点，到2019 年9月的4+7扩围，再到2019 年12月的第二批国家带量采购，带量采购的规则已经日渐成熟，各地落实执行也有取得一定成效。从已开展的三次集采时间跨度来看，时间间隔逐步缩小。此前有分析预测，第三批国家集采有望于2020年7月启动。

On October 18-19, 2019, the Chongqing Pharmaceutical Association Hospital Pharmacy Academic Annual Meeting was held in Chongqing Huayu Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hotel. This academic annual meeting was hosted by Chongqing Pharmaceutical Association, undertaken by the Hospital Pharmacy Professional Committee of Chongqing Pharmaceutical Association and the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University. Many well-known domestic pharmacy experts were invited to give relevant special reports and share the work experience of front-line pharmacists.
